Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Ablacım account and its associated data at any time. Below you can find the deletion methods, the data that is deleted, and the data that may be retained.

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can use either of the following methods:

• In the app (instant): Open the Ablacım app → Settings (Ayarlar) → “Delete my account (Hesabımı sil)”. After you confirm, your account and data are permanently deleted.
• Request by email: If you can’t access the app, email info@ablacim.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

2. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

• Your account and profile (name, email)
• Your palm photos and generated readings
• Your chat history

3. WHAT DATA MAY BE RETAINED

Purchase and payment records may be retained for the period required by legal, tax, and accounting obligations. These records are not used for marketing and are deleted once the retention period ends.

4. DELETION TIMEFRAME

Deletion performed from within the app is immediate. Requests received by email are processed within 30 days at the latest.
